个人简介

袁海彬,男,1990.08-,博士,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。上海青年科技英才“扬帆计划”获得者、“上海高水平地方高校创新团队”香料化学工程团队成员。研究方向为风味缓控释、食品贮藏与保鲜、生物功能材料等。

主要从事生物功能材料在食品加工过程中的应用,包括食品风味缓控释技术、食品保鲜等。主持承担上海“科技创新行动计划”启明星计划(扬帆专项)、香料香精化妆品省部协调创新中心开放课题以及企业横向等多项科研项目。共发表学术论文26篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇,申请发明专利11项,授权3项。主讲多门理论课程,包括《基础微生物学》、《生物安全学》、《环境生物技术》等,发表教改论文2篇,指导多人获研究生国家奖学金。担任《当代化工研究》编委以及Carbohydrate   PolymersFood HydrocolloidsACS Applied Materials   & Interfaces等国内外期刊审稿人。
