个人简介

孟庆然,硕士生导师,上海应用技术大学香料香精化妆品学部教师,江南大学/美国Clemson大学联合培养博士,上海高水平地方高校创新团队成员。长期聚焦天然香料精深加工与高值化应用、功能性香料稳态载体构筑及可控释放研究。主持省部级项目1项、产学研合作项目5项。近5以第一/通讯作者在Adv. Colloid. Interfac.J. Future FoodsCarbohyd. Polym.Food Sci. Hum. Well.Food Hydrocolloid.Food Chem.等期刊发表高水平学术论文20余篇,H指数21;授权国家发明专利3件、实用新型专利2件;参与制定团体标准1项。
